2013 UFO WORLD CONGRESS: ALIEN CONTACT PROTOCOLS PRESENTED IN SAN MARINO
PRESS RELEASE

Coordinated as usual for Italy’s CUN (Centro Ufologico Nazionale, National Ufological Centre) by aerospace journalist and writer Roberto Pinotti, the 21st World Symposium on UFOs and Related Subjects and its parallel session (the 14th World Symposium on the Exploration of Space and Life in the Universe) hosted yearly by the Republic of San Marino Government opened with delegates from ten different Countries: Alain Boudier from Paris for the French Sigma 3AF Aerospace Organization, Hungarian HUFON’s Ing. Gabor Tarçali, astrophysicist Lachezar Filipov of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Spanish researcher Cristina Aldea, Rumanian UFO Network’s Paul Dorneanu, Candida Mammoliti of the Lugano CUSI Swiss UFO Centre, former United States Air Force Project Blue Book team member Jerry Douglas, Orestes Girbau Collado for Asociacion Cubana de Ufologia, prof. Erling Strand of the Project Hessdalen Norway scientific team, Ing. Alfredo Magenta of the UNO World Telecommunications Committee team, CUN’s president Vladimiro Bibolotti and former Italian Air Force Colonel Roberto Doz of the UFO AND PILOTS team met to discuss not only the updated world situation about UFOs, SETI and Astrobiology; but also to confront their idea about future scenarios involving possible mass alien contact.
The unexpected result of this historical international UFO Congress (honored by the philatelic issue of a stamp commemorating the two decades of the San Marino World UFO Symposium) is the official presentation of “Contact Protocols” to be used in the case of a future contact with Extraterrestrial visitors.
Apart from several discussions about this subject both in the scientific, religious and ufological environments during the last few years, nobody took care of facing this particular and extremely important problem with definite indications. Now, in the most little and oldest and State of the world, academic scientists, researchers and serious ufologists suggested formally for Mankind a correct “modus operandi” to face this expected historical event properly. In any case, alternative possible solutions by any established institution in the future will be second to today’s San Marino Alien Contact Protocols.
